NEW SERVICES IN PATAGONIA

Astilleros Patagónicos Integrados S.A. is strategically located in the Argentine Patagonia at the Port of Caleta Paula, in the province of Santa Cruz. This facility offers comprehensive solutions for the repair, maintenance, conversion, and outfitting of vessels and marine structures, backed by state-of-the-art infrastructure and the SPI Group's more than four decades of experience in the Argentine shipbuilding industry. It currently operates its own hauling system (marine railway), enabling it to handle vessels of up to 950 tons for a full range of marine repairs, including steelwork, welding, mechanical work, electronics, and electrical systems. As part of an ongoing investment project, the shipyard will soon feature a modern Syncrolift system. In its initial phase, this system will allow for the dry-docking of vessels up to 135 meters in length with a lifting capacity of 7,500 tons, enabling operations to be carried out to high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

Outfitting Quay

The facility will feature a 120-meter-long operational outfitting quay, specially equipped for mooring, preparation, and vessel support maneuvers prior to and following entry into the Syncrolift. 
This area will enable optimized operations, reduced turnaround times, and comprehensive service throughout the vessel's stay at the shipyard.

SERVICES

Key services include:

	•	Dry-docking of large vessels and marine structures using a Syncrolift system.
	•	General hull and structural repairs.
	•	Repair and maintenance of propulsion systems, shaft lines, propellers, and rudders.
	•	Comprehensive repair of Controllable Pitch Propeller (CPP) systems.
	•	Vessel transformations, conversions, and modernization.
	•	Mechanical work, boilermaking, welding, and component fabrication.
	•	Surface treatment and application of anti-corrosion protection systems.
	•	Outfitting, inspection, and technical support services at the quayside.
	•	Auxiliary services for vessels during their stay at the shipyard.

Strategically located in Argentine Patagonia, Astilleros Patagónicos Integrados is equipped to rapidly and efficiently 
meet the needs of the fishing, offshore, energy, port, and merchant marine sectors, establishing itself as a new hub for 
maritime services along the Argentine coast and in the South Atlantic.

SYNCROLIFT

The shipyard will feature a modern Syncrolift system capable—in its initial phase—of dry-docking vessels up to 135
