Syncrolift Elevator

It is a synchronous ship lift platform that enables the hauling and launching of vessels. Once the vessel is dry-docked, it is moved on bogies to the various berths. A transverse transfer system is used for this purpose, optimizing the use of available space. This provides a capacity of up to 10 positions.

Characteristics

As a result of the ongoing investment project, the shipyard will feature a modern Syncrolift system capable—in its initial phase—of dry-docking vessels up to 135 meters in length with a lifting capacity of 7,500 tons, enabling operations to be carried out to high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

Complementing this infrastructure, the facility will include a 120-meter-long outfitting quay, specially equipped for mooring, preparing, and servicing vessels before and after they enter the Syncrolift. This area will optimize operations, reduce turnaround times, and provide comprehensive service throughout the vessel's stay at the shipyard.
